What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR opportunity where I can contribute to talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and data-driven people practices while growing my skills in HR analytics and AI-based HR tools.

I've supported recruitment and HR operations at Cuilsoft, Evident Reporting, and The Fuenix, screening more than 450 candidate profiles, coordinating 80+ interviews, and contributing to 23 hires. My work includes candidate evaluation, interview coordination, onboarding, talent-pipeline management, and accurate recruitment documentation.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Strategic Human Resources and Business Analytics and use HR analytics concepts, Power BI, Excel, and AI-based HR tools to strengthen hiring outcomes and employee engagement. I also bring experience planning workplace culture initiatives and coordinating university events.
