Nidhi Kuriakose

I’m a student pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and I’m building practical HR expertise through internship experience and research-focused learning. I’m eager to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where I can apply my knowledge, strengthen my skills, and gain real-world experience while contributing fresh perspectives and a strong work ethic.

In my HR Intern roles at Global Best HR & Management Consulting Pvt Ltd and Axis Bank, I supported recruitment processes (including sourcing and resume screening), handled employee engagement activities, and gained exposure to compliance-related laws, policies, and payroll structure. I also assisted with job analysis, exit interviews, and resignation/abscondment coordination, and contributed to employee retention strategies and induction assessment. Alongside my HR work, I develop analytical capability through tools and training such as Keka Hire (ATS), Power BI, and IBM SPSS Statistics, and I’ve completed projects on workplace climate and counterproductive work behaviours as well as parenting styles’ effects on child development.
