I have experience in driving large-scale transformation and enterprise delivery across global teams. As a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, POPM, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I bring together agile frameworks and process excellence to enhance team performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
