I’m an AI-enabled operations and program management professional with 18+ years of experience driving process optimization, enterprise delivery, and complex workflow improvements across global, distributed teams. I translate operational challenges into structured requirements, scalable processes, governance controls, performance metrics, and data-driven improvement actions.
As a Lead Consultant at Infosys, I support an AI-driven transformation spanning eight delivery clusters and a multi-agent ecosystem of orchestrator and worker agents. I coordinate delivery and governance across teams, aligning on milestones, dependencies, risks, delivery health, and program objectives.
I’m especially strong in building delivery analytics and operational governance—establishing and monitoring KPI/performance indicators, using project data to spot trends and bottlenecks, and delivering actionable insights through automated dashboards and executive reporting cadences. I also standardize ways of working across workstreams to improve scalability, visibility, and quality.
