At IBM, I lead Agile delivery for Scottish Government benefit notifications, coordinating work across benefit areas and major releases. For LIB benefit notifications, I promoted in-sprint automation and Development–QA collaboration, contributing to 60–70% test automation coverage.

I use Jira, Confluence and delivery metrics to make sprint progress, risks and release readiness visible. I also support teams as they form and onboard, and coach them in Agile ways of working.

On the RAMOS NG clinical trials application at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, I coordinated delivery across business, development, testing and support teams. I supported enhancements and issue resolution while maintaining delivery artefacts and change documentation for GxP-controlled processes.

Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services, I led a five-person application support team and developed Shell and Batch scripting solutions to automate recurring maintenance and patch deployments. I’m also exploring Generative AI and agentic solutions for reporting, delivery health analysis and business analysis.
