What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and support SAFe Agile teams and ARTs, facilitating PI Planning, removing cross-team impediments, strengthening DevOps adoption, and helping global stakeholders deliver continuous value.

I've spent 9 years enabling Agile/Scrum teams and Agile Release Trains across Energy, Healthcare, ITSM, Banking, Telecom, eCommerce, and other global programs.

At Sutherland Global, I facilitate SAFe team ceremonies for multiple cross-functional teams and partner with Product Owners on backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint goals, epics, features, and user stories.

I represent teams in Scrum of Scrums, resolve cross-team dependencies, and escalate ART-level impediments. I also report velocity, burndown, and release progress while supporting portfolios spanning GenAI chatbots, cloud migration, data warehousing, and RPA.

My earlier work in Agile PMO, project coordination, and R&D coordination built my experience in portfolio alignment, delivery tracking, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across international teams.
