I’m a results driven, proactive professional with experience in client relationship management, operations, and media coordination. I’m skilled in handling client interactions, lead management, and operational support while ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.

As a Relationship Manager at MasterKey Media (UAE Stories Magazine), I manage end-to-end client relationships including onboarding, communication, and retention. I handle leads and client inquiries for magazine features and social media promotions, coordinate with clients for UAE Stories features and brand visibility campaigns, and act as a bridge between clients, senior management, and creative teams. I maintain strong client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and service delivery.

I also built a foundation through internships and operational work, including an Operations Intern role where I assisted in day-to-day operational activities, supported process handling and coordination, and improved operational efficiency. Earlier, I completed an internship assisting with market research—analyzing consumer trends and compiling weekly reports for a project on marketing strategies and market share in Tata Hitachi construction machineries.
