What I'm looking for

I'm looking for reliability-focused work where I can improve production incident response, observability, alerting automation, SLA performance, and operational processes across cloud data platforms.

I've supported Microsoft Azure Data and CDI Live Site Operations through LTIMindtree, owning production incident triage across Power Query, Power BI, Dataflows, Azure Data Factory, and On-Premises Data Gateway.

I lead P1/P2 incident bridges, coordinate Support, Engineering, and Product teams, and maintain full SLA/TTA/TTE compliance. By correlating alerts, deployments, and service-health signals, I contributed to a 20% reduction in high-severity incidents through systematic root cause analysis.

I build practical operational tooling, including Teams-based incident alerts, proactive SLA-breach notifications, improved incident auto-routing, KQL telemetry analysis, Grafana investigations, and Power BI dashboards for SLA and KPI reporting.

I also lead a shift team of 6–7 engineers, mentor colleagues on KQL and structured triage, and maintain TSGs and runbooks that improve first-contact resolution and reduce escalations.
