What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where my CS background supports IT operations and stakeholder-focused delivery. I want to grow through structured problem-solving, real-world troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration—while contributing to technical hiring or business outcomes.

I’m a process-oriented Computer Science graduate with a strong technical foundation, and I use my CS background to deliver reliable outcomes in IT operations, technical recruiting, and business development. I’m comfortable translating complex tech needs into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders.

In IT & operations, I focus on IT Service Management, technical troubleshooting, and systems analysis. I bring an operations mindset—analyzing problems, structuring workflows, and keeping projects aligned with goals and expectations.

On the business side, I’ve built experience in technical recruiting and client-facing work, including communicating value propositions clearly in structured mock selling and video assessments. I’m confident bridging technical and non-technical audiences to move conversations forward.

I also bring project and collaboration experience as a Project Manager & Design Coordinator, where I managed a visual design pipeline and facilitated feedback loops for cross-functional alignment.
