I'm currently VP Operations at Banking Quest, leading end-to-end delivery for IIBF-accredited institutional training programmes. I manage scheduling, resourcing, LMS administration, quality control, vendor coordination and B2B partnerships.

I built internal tooling over the accounting system to automate invoicing, vendor reconciliation and exam-cycle processing across four institutional clients. Previously at Zomato, I restructured training, reduced handling time to 6.5 minutes, and delivered a 50% reduction in cost per order through a new language model in support flows.

At Interview Kickstart, I managed 1,500+ international clients with NPS above 60 and CSAT above 98%, while launching 17 programmes across sales, careers, curriculum and product. At Great Learning, I raised completion from 70% to 95% across a 3,000+ participant cohort and secured 100% repeat business across eight client relationships.

I've also co-founded and scaled a lifestyle business to 150+ active clients, cutting operating costs by 30%. My operations foundation comes from Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, where I trained as a certified trainer and managed high-value guest service operations.
