In my role as an IT Service Desk Associate at Mphasis, I provided 24x7 technical support, focusing on mobile device troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with policies. I successfully managed the incident and service request lifecycle using ServiceNow, contributing to improved internal support workflows and user satisfaction. My passion for cloud infrastructure automation drives me to explore DevOps practices actively, and I am eager to transition into a System Engineer or Cloud Support role where I can contribute to reliable infrastructure management while continuing to grow as a cloud professional.
