What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into an HR Analytics role where I can use HRIS, payroll, workforce data, Power BI, and SQL to build reports, dashboards, and insights that improve HR strategy and employee outcomes.

I've managed end-to-end HR operations for 2050 Healthcare's East Zone, covering hire-to-retire processes, payroll for approximately 600+ employees, HRIS maintenance, performance data, employee relations, and exit management.

I lead six HR Executives across different states, coordinate vendors and audits, and build reports and dashboards for senior management. My work includes monthly KRA/KPI analysis, workforce reporting, database maintenance, payroll processing in GreytHR and manual systems, and HR Shared Services support.

Across Randstad India, 2Coms Consulting, Uniterrene Websoft, and Technosolis Informatics, I've supported recruitment, onboarding, induction, HR transformation, policy review, compliance documentation, BGV, PF, ESIC, grievance handling, and employee lifecycle management. I'm transitioning toward HR Analytics, using Power BI, SQL, HRIS platforms, and dashboard projects to turn HR data into business insight.
