I am a seasoned Communications Leader with over 14 years of experience in external and internal communications, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility. Currently, as the Communications Director at MicroEnergy Credits, I lead all aspects of communication, including digital media, PR, and crisis management. My role involves collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and managing global communications for major events. I have successfully led perception management and branding efforts for companies like Glenmark and Bayer, ensuring effective messaging across various platforms.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering talent branding and CSR initiatives, having managed programs for Tata Consulting Engineers, Philips, and Bayer.
