I’m looking for a role where I can use my claims/revenue auditing and research skills to solve problems fast, support customers with empathy, and drive measurable results—ideally with remote flexibility and strong performance metrics.

I’m a Data Analyst with strong customer service and problem-solving strengths, backed by 7+ years in remote and call-center environments. I’m energized by work that requires careful investigation, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.
