I am a results-driven business leader with over 20 years of progressive experience across sales & distribution, business process improvement, business analysis, and enterprise risk management. I focus on delivering measurable growth and operational efficiencies in mid- to senior-level roles.

Currently I lead deployment of branchless banking channels and agent networks, having built an indirect distribution network of 35+ distributors and 5K+ retail outlets supporting a PKR 48 billion annual throughput. I develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to grow market share for digital products.

Previously I managed large franchise and retail channels, optimized operations, and delivered significant cost savings and process improvements in customer care and risk management. Achievements include multi-million PKR annual savings, major risk mitigation, and improved customer service metrics through system and process innovations.
