Managed and achieved a deposit portfolio of Rs.900.000 Million with an 80% CASA mix, and a Priority Banking Lounge with a deposit portfolio of Rs.400.000 Million. Oversaw an advances portfolio of Rs.500 Million and a trade business portfolio of Rs. 3.300 Billion/year.

Successfully achieved and surpassed business targets assigned by management in areas of deposits and consumer products, including Credit cards, UBL Drive (Car Financing), and Cash Line. Administered all tasks related to banking operations in light of SBP Prudential regulations.

Managed all export and import portfolios of the branch totaling Rs. 2.5 Billion, handling daily customer export proceeds, issuance and attestation of E-forms, and foreign documents for collection. Managed import LC at sight and DA, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups for fund arrangements.

Managed business targets assigned by management, with a focus on the trade-oriented branch's trade portfolio. Supervised all tasks related to branch operations in accordance with both Bank and SBP Prudential regulations.

Managed all general banking tasks of the branch, including remittances, lockers, cheque books, account opening, and special deposit accounts. Supervised all foreign remittances (inward and outward) and ensured compliance with Bank and SBP Prudential regulations.

Managed the overall administration of the branch, aiming to increase sales and services to make it a profitable unit. Prepared a Franchise plan to attract new investors and implemented advertisement and promotional plans to increase sales.

Launched a new segment-focused branch, acquiring NTB clients and generating substantial deposit inflows. Developed local market linkages and executed client-centric strategies to build initial traction.
