I support high-complexity Commercial Property insurance brokerage accounts, owning end-to-end policy lifecycle operations from quoting through renewals and cancellations. I’m known for coordinating closely with retail agents, Account Managers, and underwriting carriers to resolve subjectivities and accelerate policy placement.

In my current role as a Service Support Manager (Process Analyst), I function as an individual contributor with direct accountability for core metrics while maintaining stringent SLA, TAT, and quality standards. I manage carrier coordination for quotes, endorsements, policy documents, renewal information, underwriting requirements, and loss runs, ensuring the details needed for binding are complete and accurate.

I also oversee compliance workflows tied to critical state tax forms and documentation, auditing Statements of Values (SOVs), binders, and surplus lines materials. Using tools like ImageRight and AIM Systems, I process multi-line property coverages and manage compliant policy packet delivery, including handling Lost Policy Releases (LPRs) and Notices of Cancellation (NOCs).

I consistently drive operational excellence—earning multiple awards, including 4× Star of the Month and a Shining Star Award—while continuously improving processes and meeting internal certification expectations.
