What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a telecom operations or customer support role where I can use my SQL/Excel/Power BI skills for data validation, reporting, and faster issue resolution, while growing through strong process ownership and cross-team coordination.

I’m a Process Associate in Telecom Operations at Fusion CX, supporting AT&T processes in a 24×7 environment. I monitor service activities and keep operational accuracy high while handling day-to-day service requests.

I validate billing and circuit-related data using tools like ADW and TEOCO before executing service control activities. I analyze operational records for disconnect and service requests, manage operational tickets, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

For analytics and reporting, I maintain daily operational reports and support process compliance. I use SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis, data cleaning, and data visualization, and I communicate with customers through calls and emails to share service updates and closures.
