At Walmart Global Tech India, I handled inbound voice calls about orders, payments, and deliveries, and learned to resolve customer queries over the phone.
I followed call-handling procedures and standard scripts, used internal systems to look up customer information and record call outcomes, and transferred requests outside our process to other teams.
In a Be10x workshop, I built Power BI dashboards using data modelling, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. I’ve also practiced SQL on sample business datasets and am interested in data analysis.
