I’m a Senior Investigation Specialist in Abuse Risk Intelligence, where I lead complex investigations using advanced analytical tools and cross-functional collaboration to identify fraud patterns. I own root-cause analysis and document audit findings to drive process improvement and corrective actions.

I’ve also led pilot projects, UATs, and audit framework enhancements, and I search, collect, and verify data across multiple internal systems. My work focuses on ensuring data accuracy and alignment with data policy guidelines and business methodologies.

Previously, I served as a Quality Auditor and Transaction Risk Investigator, auditing investigation process gaps and providing regular recommendations to management for continuous improvement. I collaborate with program, customer service, and fraud prevention teams to mitigate buyer abuse, and I use SQL querying, MS Excel, Power BI, and Python/R for data validation and analysis.
