What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level ServiceNow administration role or trainee position where I can apply ITSM knowledge, gain hands-on platform experience, and grow technically within a collaborative team.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented ServiceNow Admin Intern/Trainee focused on platform administration, ITSM processes, and workflow configuration. I have hands-on familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management, basic form/list configurations, user and group administration, roles, ACL basics, and update set migration concepts.

I bring foundational technical skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS and a working understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts, complemented by strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. I am eager to apply and expand my ServiceNow skills to improve organizational efficiency while continuing professional development through certifications and practical experience.
