What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data analyst role where I can use SQL, Excel, and Power BI to uncover insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making while growing in a professional analytics environment.

I've built Power BI dashboards for HR analytics, road accident analysis, call centre performance, and pizza sales, turning large datasets into interactive KPI-driven insights.

My HR Analytics Dashboard examined 1,470 employees and 237 attritions, identifying patterns across age, education, salary, job role, and gender. I also created KPI reporting for workforce age, salary, and experience.

In road safety and call centre projects, I analyzed 195.7K casualties, 144.4K accidents, and 32.94K customer calls to surface performance trends and high-risk patterns.

Previously, I supported Amazon customers by handling 50+ daily queries across phone, chat, and email while collaborating on escalations and support-process improvements. I'm eager to bring my SQL, Excel, Power BI, ETL, DAX, and data visualization skills to data-driven decision-making.
