I'm building a career in data analytics by turning raw operational and business data into clear, stakeholder-ready insights.

At Teleperformance, I managed and categorized around 140 customer-support tickets per day, monitored daily KPIs and service-level targets, and used Excel and MIS-style reporting to improve ticket-data traceability.

In my Zepto Inventory Intelligence project, I analyzed 3,732 SKUs across 14 categories with PostgreSQL and SQL automation. I identified 453 out-of-stock SKUs and found that 68.4% of products carried a discount, highlighting replenishment and discount-optimization opportunities.

I've also built an end-to-end e-commerce analytics pipeline using Python, SQL, and Power BI, from data cleaning and modeling through dashboards for revenue, AOV, customer segments, and regional trends. I'm looking to bring my business-first analytical mindset and stakeholder communication to a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role.
