I'm leading performance marketing at Renofi, where I restructured Google Ads to grow ROAS from 14 to 20 and launched a campaign with a 36% higher average loan amount.

Previously, I led marketing, growth, and revenue operations analytics, building XGBoost opportunity forecasting and logistic-regression lead-scoring models that improved ROAS from 1.6 to over 2.2 and increased lead-to-opportunity conversion by 21%. I also reduced CAC by 27% through a $2.2M reduction in marketing costs while increasing lead conversion by 19%.

At Toptal, I improved paid-search cost per lead, built BigQuery ETL processes and funnel dashboards, and used customer and campaign data to improve performance across paid search, social, recruiting, and email. Earlier at Evalueserve, I led a six-person team on partner-channel go-to-market strategy, customer value propositions, sales dashboards, and cross-sell analysis.

I combine SQL, Python, predictive modeling, experimentation, attribution, and data infrastructure to make marketing and revenue decisions more measurable, customer-centric, and commercially effective.
