I am an enquiry manager with experience handling high-volume technical inquiries and preparing timely quotations for engineering products such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers. I coordinate closely with design and engineering teams and use ERP systems and MS Office to manage RFQs and documentation.

Previously, I worked in quality analysis and forensic/audio analysis roles where I developed strong testing, defect reporting, and critical-listening skills. I have experience working from home and managing workflow across departments to meet client deadlines.
