I'm leading the operationalization of Domino Cloud for Life Sciences at Domino Data Lab, building a validated GxP-compliant cloud Statistical Computing Environment from concept to customer-ready delivery. I developed the delivery practice, validation processes, onboarding frameworks, support transitions, and implementation governance that enabled the company's first validated production SCE deployment.
I manage a $3M annual services portfolio across eight concurrent customer engagements and have delivered a $1.3M Statement of Work while influencing approximately $3M in signed professional services engagements. My work supports AI/ML platform implementations for major pharmaceutical organizations in regulated environments.
Previously at Adobe, I built governance for a Fortune 100 telecommunications AEM personalization program, migrated 300+ users, and restored a dissatisfied customer relationship that led to additional services. Across 17 years at SAS, I delivered and governed 475+ enterprise implementations, recovered strategic pharmaceutical engagements supporting a $25M GRID modernization initiative, and created delivery methodologies adopted company-wide.
