I’m a Helpdesk Assistant at Woolworths, focused on delivering responsive support by logging calls, capturing data accurately, and communicating clearly with customers. I’m dependable in handling daily helpdesk activities and staying organized under pressure.

In my role, I deal with customers, manage complaints, and respond to emails to ensure issues are acknowledged and followed up. I aim to reduce customer friction by keeping my communication professional and consistent.

Before this, I worked in roles including Tills, Sales Assistant, Fitting room Assistant, and Stockroom Assistant. Those experiences strengthened my customer service approach, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with a team across different daily demands.

I bring a strong work ethic built on flexibility, teamwork, and communication, supported by a solid Grade 12 education with subjects such as Business Studies and Mathematics. I’m motivated to keep improving my support skills while contributing reliably to a service-focused team.
