What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise capability strategy, learning transformation, AI enablement and analytics, partnering with senior business leaders to build measurable workforce capability at global scale.

At Tata Technologies, I lead global learning and development strategy, governance and capability planning for a 12,500+ employee engineering workforce across North America, Europe and APAC. I report academy portfolios, capability forecasts and business outcomes to Board, CEO and account-head stakeholders.

I redesigned the fresher academy to reduce graduate time-to-billable from about 150 days to under 12 days, onboarding and deploying 1,000+ engineers. I also lifted learning cost efficiency from 43% to 72% through internal SME faculty, vendor rationalisation and disciplined build-versus-buy decisions.

I've built AI enablement roadmaps, leadership academies, competency programmes and digital learning ecosystems, with measurement through Power BI and central MIS. Earlier at C-DAC, I managed postgraduate technical education for 5,000+ engineers and led the shift to full eLearning during the pandemic.
