I've supported employee-centric workplace and people operations at FERMÀT Commerce, Ai Palette, and Moolya, building practical systems that strengthen employee experience and operational excellence.

At FERMÀT Commerce, I orchestrated end-to-end office operations, managed budgets, coordinated 15+ vendors, delivered onboarding and benefits administration, and led POSH compliance activities. I also planned two company off-sites, 10+ monthly socials, wellness programs, travel, procurement, and employee engagement initiatives.

At Ai Palette, I delivered Town Halls, Rewards & Recognition ceremonies, festive celebrations, sporting events, and workplace operations while supporting HR documentation, recruitment logistics, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.

My background in counselling psychology brings a behavioural lens to workplace culture, communication, policy design, and people practices. I use tools including HRIS platforms, collaboration tools, and AI to streamline workflows, improve communication, and build experiences employees trust.
