I'm looking for an HRBP or People Operations Manager role in a high-growth organisation where I can build scalable people processes, partner with leadership, and support strong employee experiences.

At TALA, I manage end-to-end people operations for 60 employees across two legal entities, including payroll, POSH compliance, employee relations, HRMS audits, and wellness programmes. I partner with global stakeholders on people initiatives and policy design.

I've built HR functions from scratch at RepCard and ReelFeel Gaming, scaling teams from 12 to 65 and 15 to 50. Across 10+ years in HR, I’ve led recruitment, compliance, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and people processes while using ChatGPT and Claude to improve turnaround time.
