I’m looking for a People Operations or HR role where I can own full-cycle hiring, onboarding, HRMS administration, and HR MIS reporting—using tools like ChatGPT/Claude to keep HR workflows efficient.

I run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across Svamaan Financial Services, maintain employee records and HR documentation, coordinate payroll inputs and benefits, and support statutory compliance and labor law requirements.

I’ve also led hiring workflows at BSS Microfinance—job descriptions, screening, interview coordination, and offer letters—and I’ve used ZingHR for attendance and HR MIS reporting. In HR, I’ve applied AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline HR workflows and workforce reporting.
