At Brite Systems, I partner with business and functional leaders across India and the US on workforce planning, performance, talent, employee relations, compensation, and organisational priorities. I supported the India organisation as it grew from approximately 20 to 200 employees.
I built a structured performance management process covering review cycles, manager feedback, calibration, new-joiner checkpoints, and performance interventions for approximately 100 employees. I also work with Delivery and PMO to connect project demand, allocation, utilisation, capacity, and headcount data to identify bench risk, redeployment opportunities, and hiring needs.
Previously, I set up the HR function at Felicity.Care and managed end-to-end recruitment as a Talent Partner at Proactive Professionals. I bring experience in HR operations, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, people analytics, and HR technology including Keka, Lattice, Zoho Recruit, and Bonusly.
