I'm looking to grow in a digital marketing, business intelligence, customer relationship management, or web-focused role where I can use data analysis, customer communication, content marketing, and modern digital media workflows.

I'm pursuing a B.A. in Digital Marketing & Sales at FH Kärnten, with 115 ECTS completed across Business Intelligence & Analytics, CRM, content marketing, project management, and web technology.

At Armaan International Travels & Tours, I researched target customer groups, drafted recruitment-program email communications, supported inbound inquiries, and helped organize promotional campaign materials. At Sri Lankan Airlines' Global Contact Center, I supported international passengers with bookings, reservation updates, and time-sensitive schedule inquiries.

I've also strengthened customer loyalty at Eco Lanka Rebellion by matching clients with suitable products and resolving concerns, while maintaining responsive WordPress landing pages through HTML and CSS adjustments.
