I’ve spent 5 years designing and delivering learning initiatives—coordinating onboarding programs, building training materials, and tracking learner performance to drive continuous improvement. At Soliton Technologies, I’ve managed the internship program end to end, from pre-onboarding through successful onboarding, while coordinating LabVIEW and C# training schedules.
Previously at Amazon, I operated as a process expert across IN, NA, CA, UK, and IE stores.
