What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can apply my skills in operations, administration, reporting, and data analysis to improve processes and support business goals. I am an administrative and operations professional with experience in data management, reporting, and process improvement. Throughout my career, I have specialized in organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and creating reports that support management in making informed decisions.

I have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Access, and I enjoy building organized systems that improve efficiency and reduce manual work. In previous roles, I developed Excel reports and Access databases that helped streamline daily operations, track records, and provide clear insights for management.

I am highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and adapt quickly to new tools and processes. I also use AI productivity tools to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

I am currently seeking a remote opportunity in operations, administration, executive support, back-office operations, data coordination, reporting, or accounts receivable, where I can contribute my organizational and analytical skills while continuing to grow professionally.
