As Head of People Operations at a student organization, I managed recruitment, interviews, onboarding, member support, and internal communication. I also maintained member records and operational data using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
I designed and improved workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and team processes, and created automated email workflows for organizational communications and events. I coordinated across teams, supported events and training sessions, and developed evaluation and feedback processes.
In my projects, I created recruitment and operations dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets, and analyzed recruitment data using Excel and Power BI. I’m interested in improving processes through technology, AI, and automation.
