At Ideaspace, I lead project execution and program coordination across training operations, from planning and logistics to KPI-based reporting. I coordinate with trainers, partners, and funders to support delivery across multiple tracks.
I’m designing an internal automation system for attendance tracking, reporting, and trainee communication. My aim is to reduce routine work and speed up decision-making across programs.
Previously at Ideaspace, I structured attendance and completion tracking across 10+ training tracks and standardized documentation and tracking systems. As an Operations Project Coordinator, I coordinated graduate employment training programs and streamlined documentation processes.
Alongside operations, I work in data analysis and business intelligence, using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python for dashboards and dataset validation. I also used Tableau for web traffic analysis that optimized marketing campaigns.
