I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute to efficient operations and team success, using my recruitment and HR documentation experience to improve day-to-day execution and grow professionally.

I’m a detail-oriented HR & Operations professional with experience in operations coordination, HR documentation, and administrative processes. I manage end-to-end recruitment for event staff—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates.

In my current role, I coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, staffing needs, and operational expectations. I also plan and manage on-ground event operations, including team deployment, registration flow, uniforms/materials distribution, supervisors coordination, and smooth delivery.

I handle HR administrative processes such as employee letters, onboarding/offboarding documentation, contracts, and office-related HR tasks. I bring strong organization, clear communication, and problem-solving skills, while staying focused on team success and professional growth.
