I've supported enterprise users at CVS Health, Trinity Health, and HCL Technologies, resolving identity, endpoint, application, virtual desktop, and connectivity issues. At CVS Health, I imaged, configured, and deployed approximately 50 Windows desktops and laptops per day using SCCM/MECM.
I administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, support Microsoft 365, Teams, Citrix, VMware, and VPN access, and resolve ServiceNow incidents through remote troubleshooting. I also run an active part-time computer repair business, handling Windows recovery, malware cleanup, application setup, data transfer, printers, and home-network issues.
I've also configured an Anki Cozmo SDK lab on macOS, using its camera and vision interface, speech, and movement commands while troubleshooting setup issues through resolution.
