I’m looking to contribute strong troubleshooting, scripting, and infrastructure support in an organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement—so I can better support a productive working environment.

I’m a results-driven IT professional focused on systems administration, user account management, automation, and technical support. I work to keep Windows-based enterprise environments reliable while supporting day-to-day productivity for users and teams.

In my System Administrator roles, I administer Active Directory—creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts, security groups, and organizational units. I automate administrative tasks with PowerShell to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and keep IT operations consistent.

I provide Tier 1–3 troubleshooting across hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues, and I handle desktop and laptop deployment, imaging, and updates. I also support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, Office applications) and maintain security through patch management and endpoint protection.
