I hire, train, schedule, coach, and manage employees while coordinating team communication, events, inventory, ordering, cash handling, vendor relationships, and POS systems. I also develop operational procedures, employee handbooks, menus, and service standards.

As an independent life insurance broker, I build trusted client relationships through clear, consultative guidance, customized recommendations, ongoing support, and detailed CRM-based pipeline management.
