As DGM – Digital & IT, I owned the stability and evolution of the in-house SDP CRM, translating recurring operational friction into workflows, dashboards, integrations, reporting improvements, and automation guardrails. I use Figma and Lovable to prototype field-service mobility, customer journeys, and telemetry tools that improve visibility and ETA predictability.
