I'm looking to lead global service delivery, technology operations, and transformation initiatives where I can build scalable operating models, improve financial and SLA performance, govern vendors, and develop high-performing teams.

At Amazon India, I built and scaled a business-critical global service delivery capability into a standardized, SLA-driven operation. I led a 47-member organization, owned a $15M annual operating budget, and delivered $12M in average annual cost savings through operating-model redesign and vendor optimization.

Across Amazon, Mindtree, HCL Comnet, and Infosys BPO, I've launched technology-enabled services, led infrastructure rollouts, governed multi-vendor delivery, and built global teams.
