At Walgreens, I lead daily store operations, supervise team members, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction. I also utilize handheld technology and operational systems to manage daily business tasks, while handling training, performance feedback, and multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Through my studies and relevant coursework—like Information Security Management, Management Information Systems, Statistics, and Cybersecurity Principles—I’ve built a foundation across information security, networks, and technology fundamentals.
