Scheduled non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) rides for Medicaid and Medicare recipients. Provided information on NEMT transportation ride vouchers for recipients.

Addressed incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues while maintaining a professional demeanor. Created work orders, dispatched requests to specific departments, and took and reported customer complaints.

Supported the NFRMPO (RideNoCo) mobility program to increase mobility for older adults, people with disabilities, and lower-income individuals. Provided administrative assistance toward program mission and delivery.

Supported active transportation research including a Bike & Pedestrian Program. Assisted with meeting minutes, presentation graphics, and accessibility document compliance for transportation committees and related grants/projects databases.

Supported public outreach and awareness of low-cost transportation options through community partnerships. Helped identify service gaps and recommend program enhancements to improve accessibility to health, employment, and other resources for vulnerable populations.

Documented the VIA Service Equity Analysis under the DOT FTA Title IV policy for equitable access to transit. Researched service monitoring policies for demand-responsive transport on VIA Link and assisted with formulating the VIA Service Airport Employees/Passengers Survey.

Researched federal grant opportunities for transportation, housing, and transit-oriented development (TOD) projects. Used Excel to categorize DOT, EPA, and HUD federal grants for a Rail~Volution website resources database and supported conference-related activities.

Created educational literacy activities for ESL kids as part of the Summer Reading Program using music and movement, reading time, and arts & crafts. Delivered program activities aligned with team-selected themes.

Advocated for global poverty reduction bills to local Congressional representatives, including bills that passed Congress and were signed into law. Organized a fundraiser in partnership with the Rotary Club of Richardson and built coalition support through social media.
