What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support people through customer service, administrative coordination, casework, or community-facing operations while taking on increasing responsibility.

At International Workplace Group, I support office clients with front-desk service, meeting rooms, mail, packages, billing, and community events. I moved from Community Associate 1 to Community Associate 2 within three months, taking on customer billing and invoice issues.

At FEMA, I reviewed disaster survivor applications, assessed eligibility for financial assistance, processed approved awards, and verified information with insurers, applicants, and contractors. I also completed registration intake training and training for field inspections of disaster-related home damage.

I've also supported special education classrooms, school offices, student housing operations, and online training-course improvement. I bring a Psychology degree, strong administrative skills, and experience communicating with diverse communities.
