At Imperial College London, I coordinated institution-wide equality, diversity and inclusion programmes, working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to turn inclusion priorities into practical initiatives.

I project managed the redevelopment of the University’s Disability Managers’ Guidance and led the development of its “Writing About Ethnicity” guidance. I also coordinated the Stonewall Working Group and its Workplace Equality Index submission.

I led communications for the “You Make Imperial” workforce declaration campaign and analysed engagement and declaration data to inform EDI planning. I also implemented a GDPR-compliant booking and tracking system that provided leadership with real-time data for resource planning.
