Jaimie Salih

I conducted research on Blackness and Freeness, sharing findings across academic channels and social media. I also supported editorial work for the Canadian Theatre Review and other projects, developed research ideas, coordinated meetings, and managed project finances including budgets and expense claims.

As a Teaching Assistant, I developed organizational systems to enhance workflow productivity and managed over 500 students. I recorded notes during appointments, provided referrals, and marked assignments, ensuring effective feedback for student success while maintaining open communication with students and colleagues.

As a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Intern, I conducted site visits to gather analytics on DE&I guideline adherence, designed and optimized newsletters, and researched methods to enhance compliance with health and safety standards. I also provided technical expertise to support DE&I initiatives across the organization.
