I am an accomplished program and project leader with over 10 years of experience directing research, innovation, and talent development programs across both academic and industry sectors. My proven ability to secure and manage over $20 million in funding has enabled me to coordinate high-performing cross-functional teams and execute national-scale initiatives that drive inclusive economic growth.

At Ryerson University, I oversee a team of 10 in managing research project activities, securing significant funding, and developing industry-academia partnerships. My expertise in stakeholder engagement and program execution has led to the successful launch of the TechTalent Accelerator, which promotes inclusion and addresses talent gaps in the tech industry.
