At The Staff College, I coordinated the DfE-funded Aspirant DCS Leadership Programme across three concurrent cohorts, supporting 73 active participants. I managed onboarding, facilitator pairings, documentation, and programme communications.
I planned and delivered more than 10 residential events, including a flagship event for 73 participants. My work covered venue procurement, travel, accommodation, catering, and on-site logistics.
I produced monthly briefing reports for the Department for Education on programme activities, attendance, data, and budget. I also managed venue contracts and invoices, and coordinated recruitment webinars and applications with external agencies.
Previously, I coordinated person-centred support for young adults with disabilities at Supportability and managed stakeholder communications and reporting at Dentsu Creative. Earlier, as a Junior Journalist — Para-Sport at News Agency of Nigeria, I conducted research and interviews and produced written reports.
