What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a BMC Helix Developer or ITSM Consultant role in the UK, with relocation and visa sponsorship, where I can deliver ITIL-aligned, secure, compliant ITSM platforms and integrations.

At Vodafone Egypt, I built the Vodafone Online Ticketing Portal on a BMC Remedy REST API backend and delivered MFA workflows, threat modelling, security reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability-scan coordination.

I've re-engineered ITIL-aligned Incident and Change Management processes, implemented SOX-compliant Remedy/Helix workflows, and integrated external systems through REST APIs, Web Services, Oracle SQL, and MSSQL. I also support Linux and Windows Remedy/Helix servers and development releases using Ansible, OpenShift, Jenkins, and ElasticSearch, alongside a growing security and GRC focus.
